Major Duties and Duties:
Key Duties
Support the video team in end-to-end management of the production and delivery of videos for MOOCs, including co-ordination of all video recording activities
Responsible for all video recording and shooting activities of the studio including, but not limited to camera, light & sound management, studio co-ordination & operations.
Responsible for all studio maintenance activities & video recording logs
Responsible for video information management
Responsible for interfacing with faculty and video team to make definite that coursework videos are recorded as per project requirements.
Educational qualification and Experience:
Candidate ought to have a graduate degree in any discipline along with Diploma of maximum year in Videography/Cinematography from a recognized institute after Graduation
Ought to have maximum 2-3 years experience in handling the project listed under major duties & duties above.
Experience in e-learning projects is desirable.
Key Skills / Abilities/Knowledge necessary:
Vocational courses/Demonstrated proficiency in IT/Electronics/Media/education are an added advantage.
Demonstrated proficiency in handling professional audio/video equipment (HD-SDI camera, video switcher, convertor, audio mixer and amplifier).
Ought to be fluent in English, Hindi and knowledge of Kannada will be added an advantage.
General proficiency with video editing application is desirable
Ability to work effectively with members of the staff and faculty.
Maintaining organized and correct written and electronic records of all relevant work in the department and the results thereof.
This position is offered on contract and renewable subsequently. Remuneration will be based on Institute norms and the candidates qualification and experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be intimated.
