Mers at South Korea
South Korea has conformed 5 more cases of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and reached 30 in total and 2 people have died. This new deadly diseases is being spreaded rapidly in south Korea. There has been no sustained human-to-human transmission, the nightmare scenario is that the virus changes. People have put mask to prevent getting MERS. MERS is danger if people don’t take pre-caution they can contract the disease, people wearing a mask for protection. People of Korea suggest govern should focus more on this problem and take more pro-active majors to control the disease. MERS is first identified in human in 2012 is caused by corona virus there is no cure of vaccine. Around 1300 people have been quarantined to isolate in South Korea for possible infection. With new infections being reported on a daily basis, the outbreak has caused nationwide public alarm and seen fearful urban residents stocking up on face masks and hand sanitizers. Because MERS is a new disease, (it was first identified in humans in Saudi Arabia in 2012) doctors know very little about it and there is no cure or vaccine. There have been at least 1,170 lab-confirmed cases of the disease worldwide since 2012 and 480 deaths—a mortality rate of 37 percent.
