1.While sitting on the chair in front of the computer you take your back part and sitting part of your body as back as possible.
2.Sit straight as far as possible. While sitting straight the back can support your body nicely and it do not have negative effect to your health.
3. While making your chair high make sure that your eyes become straight to the screen of the computer.
4.Put your wrist on table and keep the mouse near so that you do not have to stretch your body far .
5. While sitting on the chair in-front of the computer put you leg down in such a way that it either touches the ground or the tool.
